After more than 18 years in the insurance industry, including extensive experience handling complex litigation claims as a Senior Litigation Examiner, I’ve seen it all—from denied claims, delayed payments and lawsuits to injury victims feeling lost and powerless. I was the one evaluating your paperwork, analyzing liability, reviewing medical records, and deciding how much your pain was worth.
