LW Injury Support & Advocacy provides advocacy, support, education, and organizational assistance to individuals navigating personal injury claims. We are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.

1. Scope of Services
LW Injury Support & Advocacy offers the following non-legal services:

• Guidance on documentation and claim organization.

• Education on the general personal injury claim process.

• Assistance with preparing for insurance communications.

• Emotional support and general recovery resource navigation.

• Referral suggestions to trusted attorneys, medical providers, and community resources when appropriate.

 

Our role is to empower clients with clarity, confidence, and structure — not to act as legal counsel or represent clients in negotiations, court proceedings, or legal settlements.

2. No Legal Advice or Representation
At no time will LW Injury Support & Advocacy:

• Provide legal opinions or case evaluations.

• Draft, interpret, or file legal documents.

• Negotiate or settle claims with insurance companies or opposing parties.

• Represent clients in court or in mediation/arbitration proceedings.

 

Clients are encouraged to seek qualified legal representation for matters requiring legal advice, negotiation, or litigation.

3. Financial Disclaimer
LW Injury Support & Advocacy does not guarantee settlement outcomes, claim approvals, or specific financial recoveries.
 

Our support is intended to assist clients in understanding the claims process and managing their personal recovery journey more effectively.

4. Attorney Referrals
If a client's injury or case complexity exceeds the scope of our services — particularly if medical treatment is extensive (longer than 8–12 months) or litigation is necessary — we will recommend that the client seek the guidance of a licensed personal injury attorney.

Referral suggestions are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute legal representation or guarantee any specific outcome.

5. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging LW Injury Support & Advocacy’s services, clients acknowledge that they understand and accept the limitations of our role and agree to hold LW Injury Support & Advocacy harmless for any legal or financial outcomes related to their claim.
